Station Tours

  • “What do firefighters do when they aren’t fighting fires?”
  • “Do the firefighters have a dog?”
  • “Where do firefighters sleep?”
  • “Can I be a firefighter?”

Kids ask these questions and many, many more. Did you know that your church group, Scout troop, or classroom students can come to the Warrenville Fire Protection District at Station 1 to get the answers to these questions and more? With a simple call to our station, you and your group can come down and receive a tour of the Station and get an insight into what goes on at your fire department.

  1. Fire station tours
  2. Fire safety talks
  3. Use the classroom for community organization meetings
  4. Scout first aid badge classes

To Schedule one of these tours contact Lt. Bryan LaForge at (630) 393-1381 between the hours of 9a-5p. You will need to know:

  1. Number of kids
  2. Average age or age range
  3. If the visit is for anything specific (birthday party, scout group, etc)

** We can also come to your daycare, classroom, or meeting to give Public Safety talks
